Blackberry Smoothie - High protein super delicious smoothie recipe
The super delicious high protein blackberry smoothie only take 4 minutes to prepare and tastes as great as its benefits! Just a reminder that this shake is very high in protein and does require a protein powder.
Ingredients
- 375ml cold water (preferably still mineral water)
- 1 packet of protein powder (50/50 carbohydrates/protein)
- 2 table spoons of orange juice concentrate
- 15 frozen blackberries
- 5 cubes of ice to top it off
Directions
- Pour the cold water into your blender. Add the protein powder and start blending, no more than 30 seconds at moderate speed.
- Add the frozen blackberries and orange juice concentrate and blend all together for 30 seconds. Add the 5 ice cubes and adjust the blender speed to fast and keep blending for about 30 seconds once more.
- Serve into a tall glass, relax and enjoy!
