Blackberry Smoothie - High protein super delicious smoothie recipe

High Protein Blackberry Smoothie RecipeThe super delicious high protein blackberry smoothie only take 4 minutes to prepare and tastes as great as its benefits! Just a reminder that this shake is very high in protein and does require a protein powder.

Ingredients

  • 375ml cold water (preferably still mineral water)
  • 1 packet of protein powder (50/50 carbohydrates/protein)
  • 2 table spoons of orange juice concentrate
  • 15 frozen blackberries
  • 5 cubes of ice to top it off

Directions

  1. Pour the cold water into your blender. Add the protein powder and start blending, no more than 30 seconds at moderate speed.
  2. Add the frozen blackberries and orange juice concentrate and blend all together for 30 seconds. Add the 5 ice cubes and adjust the blender speed to fast and keep blending for about 30 seconds once more.
  3. Serve into a tall glass, relax and enjoy!
