Super healthy orange smoothie in a flash

Delicious super nutritious orange smoothie the serves one and only takes 3 - 4 minutes to prepare. It has never been easier to be healthy and build muscle!

Ingredients

  • 350ml sugar free orange soft drink (minute maid etc)
  • 175ml fat free orange flavor yogurt
  • 1 Scoop vanilla protein powder
  • Half a peeled orange
  • 5 ice cubes

Directions

  1. Pour the 350 ml sugar free orange drink into the blender. Now add the orange flavoured yogurt and the vanilla protein powder. Blend the ingredients together for 20 seconds.
  2. Add the peeled orange to the liquid in the blender, mix for 20 seconds. Add the ice cubes and blend for 30 seconds at a high speed.
  3. Pour the smoothie and enjoy!!!
