Super healthy orange smoothie in a flash
Delicious super nutritious orange smoothie the serves one and only takes 3 - 4 minutes to prepare. It has never been easier to be healthy and build muscle!
Ingredients
- 350ml sugar free orange soft drink (minute maid etc)
- 175ml fat free orange flavor yogurt
- 1 Scoop vanilla protein powder
- Half a peeled orange
- 5 ice cubes
Directions
- Pour the 350 ml sugar free orange drink into the blender. Now add the orange flavoured yogurt and the vanilla protein powder. Blend the ingredients together for 20 seconds.
- Add the peeled orange to the liquid in the blender, mix for 20 seconds. Add the ice cubes and blend for 30 seconds at a high speed.
- Pour the smoothie and enjoy!!!
